I can't log in to app admin panel/dashboard

Hello everyone!

Firstly the app in question is laravel app.

I have set up everything starting from the installation of LAMP, Phpmyadmin, and SSL(letsencrypt). Now, my website is up and running but the problem that I am facing now is that I can’t log in to the admin panel/dashboard to configure the site. After entering the default login details provided on the documentation of the app/script, then click on login, the page will load and show login page again. I can’t access the admin panel/dashboard of the app/script. Please, what do I do now?

Hi @IGLIGHT,

This doesn’t sound like a problem with your droplet but something related to the admin application.

I’ll recommend checking the documentation of the admin app. There should be some reported problems like yours. Additionally, it’s possible there is a forum just for this on their website.
