Usually before changing your WordPress site and home URLs to HTTPS you need to install an SSL certificate as described here:

As Bobby mentioned the site is loading okay at the moment. You can also set up the HTTPS redirection once the SSL is installed and the site is loading properly via both secure/insecure connections.
