I cannot see my droplet, only billing and support is visible. I know, I should open a support ticket, but when I click on “Create Ticket” button, it stays there nothing happens, so I am unable to open support ticket.

Clicking on support goes to https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/ . That does not let us login; clicking “Log In” brings us back to https://cloud.digitalocean.com (note that this is no longer cloudsupport subdomain).
For years now, you have not fixed this. I’ve had to resort to sending emails for tech support. Same for everyone I have ever worked with using DigitalOcean!
That’s no good. You can also open a ticket by emailing contact@digitalocean We are not seeing any widespread issues like what you’re describing but our support team will be happy to help you get this resolved.
