I cannot see my droplet, only billing and support is visible.

I cannot see my droplet, only billing and support is visible. I know, I should open a support ticket, but when I click on “Create Ticket” button, it stays there nothing happens, so I am unable to open support ticket.


yup digital ocean support wont let me leave a ticket, it just keeps booting back to the previous section. Digital Ocean needs to figure out some things.

Clicking on support goes to . That does not let us login; clicking “Log In” brings us back to (note that this is no longer cloudsupport subdomain).

For years now, you have not fixed this. I’ve had to resort to sending emails for tech support. Same for everyone I have ever worked with using DigitalOcean!

That’s no good. You can also open a ticket by emailing contact@digitalocean We are not seeing any widespread issues like what you’re describing but our support team will be happy to help you get this resolved.
