I think port 25 blocked for my external access. Does digitalocean unblock this port?

We do block SMTP ports for some new accounts. This decision is made automatically on account creation. You can test this by using the telnet client to attempt to connect to a service on port 25.
telnet smtp.gmail.com 25
If this fails, being unable to connect you should open a ticket with our team. They can check if the port is blocked and assist you in having the block removed.
