You could possibly make one of the openVPN servers the “main” server, and connect the other server to that one as a client.
Have your Ubuntu machine connect with the main openVpn server as a client.
Then, all servers will be on the same VPN, and you will be able to connect each one. This will require a few tweaks but it is totally possible.
