Can you please confirm what are you uploading and how are you exactly uploading it?
Additionally, by uploading to your droplet, your files will be inevitably on it and will be able to find them with a few simple commands. Having said that, please let us know how and what are you uploading in order for us to get a better understanding of what would be the best solution to give you.
