I just set up an account here, paid $5 for it and i want to cancel it. Can I? I find it hard using digital ocean.

You can. To cancel your account:
1.) Delete any services you created 2.) Click your avatar in the top right and go into settings. You will see the option under your profile to “deactivate account” click this. 3.) Open a ticket with our support team from the control panel or by emailing contact@digitalocean.com from the email address associated with the account to request a refund of any unused funds.
I have the same problem can the company refund money via debit card on the bank?
