I use a dedicated static IP proxy with an immaculate spam and IP reputation (even better than my local ISP IP) and after verifying payment I got a 401 error and found that my account had been locked.
I have tried many cloud providers with this same IP (which I use across all my devices as a permanent security solution), vultr, gcp and azure and have never had any issues with it at all.
Can you please tell me what is the procedure to get my account unblocked. Tried opening a ticket but still don’t have any response.
If this wasn’t such an pointless annoyance I would find it ironic that I came here not just to check out digitial ocean but more specifically to try out the outline vpn which DO is championing and designed to allow you to work with datacentre addresses :-/
Now is there anyway around this to get my account unblocked or should I just try this out with an alternative provider that has more accurate and fair spam detection mechanisms?
Thanks

Oh and you guys publish the real name or the users as a public ID too and I can’t even change it because i’ve been blocked. Well that’s just brilliant.
Remind me why vultr market share has been steadily increasing again?
Hey @vkapil,
