What is the reason for this report?

I need port 25 open, I have sent few tickets but there is not response at all.

Hi, I’m running my personal mail server on my machine, and I need that for my work.

It’s really annoying to see no response to my tickets.

I know to practice these things and I know how to secure a mail server, I have all the security practices in place like:

  • Only I have access to the server with SSH Key, Password based login is disabled.
  • I have a working firewall
  • I have proper DNS records in place so that IP won’t be black listed
  • I have all the security certificates installed
  • I have all the anti-spam measures in place. Such as spam filtering, rate limiting, and sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

And I acknowledge the risk of associated with port 25 being open, and I’m committed to mitigating those risks effectively.

But even though all these things, Digital Ocean is not responding to my ticket and not opening port 25.
