i want to create serve like cloudways for my WordPress website like cloudways provide with using Apache+Nginx+Varnish+mariaDB

I’m non-techy looking for an article that helps me to achieve this config for my site

Hi,

It sounds like you want to host your own WordPress site. DigitalOcean offers a one-click™ app for that, here:

https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/wordpress

It’s not the exact same software but will run WordPress just fine. That link also includes basic first steps to take with your new Droplet and WordPress site software.

You might also need to manage your site’s domain name to point to your Droplet’s IP. DigitalOcean offers this service free-of-charge currently but there are lots of choices for DNS service so don’t feel like you need to switch it.

One thing to keep in mind is that Cloudways offers a “managed” service which means they keep your software up to date, perform backups and will monitor the availability of your site. In contrast, DigitalOcean Droplets are un-managed - you are responsible for all of that. DO offers many features and services to help but only if you act on them.
