I was locked out of my account instantly after purchase !

I don’t know what i did wrong, just created an account and funded it with $5, then => locked out !

And i received an automatic answer stating that it was a definitive decision and they sent me refund…

What did i do wrong ?

The same problem for me, I just created account and it was immediately locked, after then I created support ticket and I don’t see any updates on it.
Support ticket number #4828665.
What should I do to resolve issue?
