I don’t know what i did wrong, just created an account and funded it with $5, then => locked out !
And i received an automatic answer stating that it was a definitive decision and they sent me refund…
What did i do wrong ?

Same thing happened to me.
The account was blocked after successful registration (the money was successfully debited from the credit card and has already been returned). I received a letter with my IP address in my email, but the account is blocked - what should I do?
