As Digital Ocean is says Storage Volume is attaching with existing Droplet, but in case if there is somethings happened with the Droplet then Volume will be affected or not?

Volume won’t be affected.
Think a volume as external HD. If your OS the HD is connected to, for whatever reasons breaks, the HD is independent.
