If I delete a file from spaces, is it truly gone? Or is it retained somewhere?

Posted on February 4, 2020

I store information on Space on behalf of several clients who are concerned about data and privacy.

If I were to delete something from Spaces, is it truly 100% gone? If not, after what period of time is it non-recoverable?

As developers ourselves, we understand that companies are hesitant to delete information or data, so if the answer is “no, it is never truly deleted”, I’d appreciate an honest answer to that effect.

Essentially I’d like confirmation that there is absolutely nowhere at all (without exception of any kind) that a copy of my files would reside after being deleted.

Thanks!

Hello lefthanpidsces,

In this aspect,my spaces had gone after I detroyed them. And now I can’t see any of them appear in my projects.Digitalocean is a reliable company to cooperate our data,so I think its always not a problem to worry about the data’s security or risk of exposing it.

Have a nice day.

Actually! Data isn’t immediately deleted when you remove a file from your computer’s hard disk or from somewhere like cloud storage.

Rather, the operating system marks the area occupied by the file as available for future use by deleting its entry from the file system table.

The deleted file stays whole and recoverable until fresh data replaces that area.

Here the BLR Data Recovery Tool really comes in quite handy. It may hunt for traces of deleted data still present on the storage device using cutting-edge scanning methods.

Whether these files were destroyed unintentionally, resulting from a system fault, or even after formatting, the utility may reconstruct and recover them via deep level analysis of the storage.

The efficiency of **BLR Data Recovery Tool **comes from its capacity to carefully negotiate the storage structure, so guaranteeing a high success rate in data recovery of lost information.

For people and companies looking to access vital data that might have appeared impossible, this makes it a dependable fix.

kindly tell me … is this helpful for you or not!!!

Heya,

On top of what’s already been mentioned. If anyone is interested in backing up their data they can check the follow link in our Docs:
