The Team support.digitalocean.com has sent a message to the editor on our website. if i need to back up data website our all it is necessary to build only new droplet? And why is the cost of the backup. The problem was not caused by our own. Must pay ? $10:month or more ?
If we backup data all and database all.
How to backup? because not access FTP /and have charged or not. The problem is not caused by what we do. We have to pay?

Thank you for providing information for backup our code into new droplet but we actually not much better in doing linux command line as customers :) So please will you guys able to take backup from our closed droplet and put in some url from where we are able to download whole code as zip ? Please guide us how much it would charge us if you guys will take backup of all our sites including codes and databases ?
