What a horrible start to my experience with DO, which I was previously looking forward to.
Decided to finally pull the trigger and sign up for DO (the $100 in free credit after funding your account was a great incentive), so I used my email and created an account. I then added my paypal information and funded the account with $5 to get me started for 1 month. Transaction goes through (paypal account uses the exact same email address and name as my DO account), adn then I am immediately Admin Locked and the $5 is refunded to my paypal account. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? I opened a ticket and no solution. I am trying to get started hosting today, and was very excited to do so with DO. But if this isn’t resolved by EOD I have no choice but to use a different service … one that won’t Admin Lock me the second I sign up … absolutely ridiculous …
Any insight would be greatly appreciated, I have no clue what I did wrong to prompt an immediate Admin Lock.
