Power off your web servers and your MySQL server.
Then goto the directory where your MySQL data files are and run the following:
myisamchk -r */*.MYI
This is MySQL’s internal tool that repairs broken tables. After that restart the MySQL service and the web servers and retry your actions.
We don’t run any partitions by default so your /tmp directory won’t be out of space unless your entire server is and you can check that very easily by running the following command:
df -h
