Newbie here, I tried to follow the “How to secure apache with Lets Encrypt” to install an SSL cert. But during the last step when I ran this command:
./letsencrypt-auto --apache -d example.com -d www.example.com
I get an error that says something like “the apache plugin is not working. there may be a problem with your current configuration” but my site is up and running at that time. My site was setup using serverpilot so not sure if that has anything to do with it. But, I’m not sure really what I should do from here to get this to work. Thanks in advance!

Hi, ServerPilot just added integration with Let’s Encrypt.

I hope that helps.
