The latest guide that I can see is for Ubuntu 20.04. Can I still use this for Ubuntu 22.04?

The process is pretty much the same. You can follow the initial server setup for Ubuntu 22.04 and then follow the LEMP stack tutorial for Ubuntu 20.04 and this should work for you.
