Yes, you can use WP forms plugin to send relay mail from your site.
You can also follow to Send WordPress Emails With Gmail in WP Mail SMTP.

You can integrate them with your own Droplet. Getting the Droplet and then installing all you’ll need for WP and then integrating WPForms is possible. Here is a tutorial on where to begin before installing WP:

Once you have WordPress you can integrate the WP forms as well.
