This guide covers how to mount your block storage volume on your droplet.

Once mounted you will need to modify your application settings to store files in the new volume instead of elsewhere on your disk. For example, if you are running WordPress you could move the contents of your /var/www/html directory including all uploads and files to the new block storage device and then update your apache or nginx configuration to point to the new directory. In this example you would also need to ensure that the ownership of the directory and files remains www-data chown -Rf www-data:www-data /path/to/your/volume

Heya,

The partitions where /tmp or /var/tmp reside might be full. You can check if you clear some temporary data and give it another try.

You can also check our docs on how to resize your droplet:
