Hi I bought a new server on AMS3, Linux based. I wanted to use this server for installing personal VPN like OpenVPN and provide free access to my family in Iran. Since, IRGC in Iran restricted Internet and blocked lots of apps like Instagram, WhatsApp etc. In order to contact my family I want to build a VPN on my server and provide VPN for my family. I tried different ones like outline server or OpenVPN but it seems the ports are not working or are blocked in Iran. One possible solution is to change my IP address, is it possible to have a dynamic IP and it is changed continuously? Maybe I can resolve my issue.

Hi @roshanakrabiee,
It’s not possible to have the IP changed automatically. Having said that what you can do is create a Snapshot of your Droplet:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/images/snapshots/
Once you have a snapshot you can create a new droplet, restore the snapshot there, remove the old droplet and use the new one. Once you need a new IP just repeat the process.
