I am running on lamp Ubuntu 16.04. Two days back I have tried to install vestaCP which was not successful and crashed the mysql server as well which didn’t restart. But that was managed by changing the permission grants of mysql files. Now the problem is that the IP is refusing connection on browser over http. I can SSH and FTP the server but the IP is not accessible through browser. Can someone please help to solve this issue…

#netstat -tulpn | grep :80
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:8081 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 12359/apache2
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:8084 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1701/nginx.conf
is this mean port is open or blocked?
