One of my clients wants a fast host. I want to set her up on DO, but she says DO is for developers. I told her DO is for people who don’t need fluffy customer service.
Where do DO users go to make their projects live, if not here on DO?

It is okay to run production sites. There are several large sites utilizing DO as their host.

I run two production sites on DO, plus another fairly critical application that I use personally.
No, it is definately not. There are many problems with the Spaces (CDN), server availability, etc. I have been using many of their service for over 2 years, and if you need high availability, do not go there. Fine for other things though.
