Is just a curiosity, is it possible with DigitalOcean to use a droplet to get a list of IP’s currently online (I thought about using zmap to scan and get IP’s with port 80 opened (since I consider port 80 is usual to have it opened and from where I dont have any bad intentions)
The aim of doing this, is just for making a list of IP’s and then trying to get the geolocation of all of them, to place into a map, just to see where the most of the servers are located etc.

Sssuurreeeee, why not, what could go wrong. Most people will not care, though some might, and even block you for doing so. I would not recommend this unless you know what you are doing.
Then again what do I know… ;)
—EDIT—
You said zmap, not nmap. My bad. I just looked it up. Cool…
