I have a Droplet with CentOS installed and WHM running as a web server. My question can be reduced to: “Can I rely on Digital Ocean to look after and maintain the hardware being used?”
If a disk gets old and breaks, how would Digital Ocean respond? Does Digital Ocean keep redundant drives to fall back on to in this case?
Really appreciate any help on the topic, thanks :)

Hi there,
Yes, DigitalOcean is responsible for the underlying hardware.
The DigitalOcean Volumes Block Storage service provides 99.99% uptime SLA per month.
You can find more information on the SLA for all other products here as well:

Hope that this helps.
Best,
Bobby
