First of all, apologies if this question has been answered, i searched around and found some close to but not quite answers. I very recently made a small droplet, merely to test the service at first and if i’m satisfied i’ll probably scale it up. I am wondering if it is possible for any unexpected billing charges (payment for exceeded bandwidth etc etc) without me adding a droplet, or if me exceeding any limits will merely result in freezing of the droplet or something.
