Is it possible to install an already configured instance of CentOS ?

Hello,
There are some pre-configured instances of CentOS/Ubuntus for different purposes ?
Example: MySQL, Nginix, PHP, basic firewall configuration, mail server, etc ?
Users can exchange istances ?
