I would like to inform you that my Load Balancer get increase in every hour. The increation is on memory and load. In each memory reaches >60% then load 1: (approximately) 13.65 | 5: 5.70 | 15:2.72.
What is the solution to overcome this? We do need your help for this problem.

It looks like that for some reason the CPU load on your server is spiking up. What you could do is to follow the steps from this answer here on how to find which process is causing this:
In general, in order to reduce the overall load, I would suggest using a caching plugin like WP super cache together with a CDN like Cloudflare.
Also, you could try to reduce the number of unused plugins and if you are still seeing those spikes, you could consider adding some additional CPU power to your server.
