Mala facturación o abuso de mal criterio

Digital Ocean me indica que mi sitio ha sido atacado (pps), yo compré un vps de 5 dólares, ahora mi facturación es de 107 dólares en 15 días, no se supone que si ells saben que es un ataque, solo cobrarme lo que es justo? ni si quiera mi sitio esta lanzado al público.

Al parecer es algo de ellos, me acaba de llegar una factura por $38 y solo tenia un droplet de $5, y en 3 días ya me están cobrando $3 mas, y como en tu caso tampoco está publica, al ver la factura destruí el droplet para evitar esta estafa.
