I have set-up a VPS droplet with LAMP and use it as a shared IP IP environment with DirectAdmin (similiar to Cpanel). The server works fine. Ive setup vanity/white labeled name servers as ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com and it also works fine. If a user looks up the NS, they get the DO IP and see that the owner is DO. Is there any way to mask this IP owner information?

There is not a good way to do that. Sometimes companies will offer SWIP or allow you to announce IP space that you own, but these are not services offered by us at this time.
