Missing Pearsonal Access Tokens

After creating or generating a new token, the token will be displayed on settings/applications page.

But if you refresh the page or visit it again, the token can not be found on the settings/applications or token editing page.

That is by design. A different personal access token should be used for each client. This allows you to have finer grained control over what apps have access to your account, and the ability to revoke the token easily. You should generate a new token as needed.
