Monitor used to work normally but now I've no metrics for some droplets, some ideas of how to solve?

We did not anything different and do-agent service is working well, no errors with it. It lasts a few days (no comments for DO customer support).

Solved, alone of course, DO support does nothing again, they can’t help with even one ticket per month… I don’t know how to close the question, so I’ll just leave this comment.
