I have a droplet that can’t connect to the network because of a bad system update. Obviously this means I cannot SSH into this droplet. Worse, resetting the root password does not seem to work, and even having DO mount the recovery ISO just causes the console to freeze. So now I’m in a situation where I need to just get the data off this droplet and build a new one. I have backups and snapshots, but they are all useless if I can’t connect to the droplet itself. Is it possible to convert a droplet/snapshot/backup into a volume and just access it like data?
