I have a client with droplets running on DO, but he want to move to WPEngine, the domains and dns are being used in DO, and he doesn’t want to move them unless necessary.Is this possible or should he move everything to another place?

Adding a domain you own to your DigitalOcean account lets you manage the domain’s DNS records with the control panel and API.
You can keep the DNS within your DigitalOcean account and manage the records from there, this is totally fine. You can also check our DNS docs here:
