i create the account with promo code and i added my PayPal card but when i tried to create the droplet they didn’t allow me to create a droplet up to 20$/mo. second, when i want to resize my 5$ droplet they also didn’t allow me to go more than 20$/mo with an other price plan why that ? is that cuz i’m a new user ?
