Hi,
My ACCESS CONSOLE won’t let me login to my root after setting up SSH Keys. All I get is an error saying Incorrect Login. What does Private-MAC: mean at the bottom of my Private Key?
Can someone take me by the hand (maybe SKYPE) and lead me to my first WordPress blog? I want to learn how to do this some time this century. All I need is one trip around the block and I can take it from there.

You have to add SSH key to Putty. Look at this tutorial. As you already generated key, follow from Setting Up an SSH Session with SSH Keys in PuTTY.
About WordPress: First of all you should follow - How To Install LAMP Stack on Ubuntu 16.04. When you successfully finish it, you can follow How To Install WordPress On LAMP.
Maybe you can even consider using WordPress One-Click App. It will require you to create new Droplet or rebuild existing one, but by using it you will have fully installed WordPress. Learn more about it here.
