My Droplet Cant Access got Recovery Mode, I dont know Why
and now, i dont know what must i do to get my dropplet UP

Have you tried mounting your Disk Image with selecting the option 1? If so, what does happen?
Additionally, if you select option 2, does the file system check return everything as fine?

It seems like the recovery iso is not loaded. You can try loading the iso image again. You can refer to our docs on # How to Recover Data from Droplets with the Recovery ISO
