Dear digitalocean team, please check my renewal, why is it still timeout status, please help to restore normal use, thank you

This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

If your Droplet was down due to unpaid bills, I’ll recommend contacting DigitalOcean’s Support on that matter:

They should be able to assist you with your issue.

    Sorry for the second reply, I just wanted to separate them.

    If your issue is not billing related and your Droplet just stopped working check your SSH connection, can you SSH to it, does your Droplet even ping?

    If all of this is not working, I can recommend using your Recovery Console. You can read more about it here:

    The Recovery Console provides out-of-band access and is available regardless of your network settings. It emulates the access you would have if you were sitting down with a keyboard and monitor attached to the actual server. You can use this feature to log in and revert bad settings to regain normal access.
