Hi there i have problem still yesterday, my droplet is show online in digital ocean portal but all websites are offline when am trying to connect with putty fail… i need help please because am very very disappointed

What happens when you ping the IP address of your droplet? Have you tried to access the droplet using the console from your DigitalOcean console? Once you’re logged in you can check if all services are up and running.
If you’re running Apache/Nginx server you can ensure that the web service is online and if not you can attempt to start it.
To check if Nginx is running:
systemctl status nginx
and for Apache/httpd:
systemctl status apache
or
systemctl status httpd
I will not recommend you to reboot the server without trying to access the droplet via the console because you can identify an existing issue.
