My dropplet is dead 1w ago, can't ssh need help!!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your support. Server goes down 1w ago, due to a security issues. You block the network - ok, but I get NO information abut this.
I have put 3 tickets and they always give me the same answer.
he solution they give me doesn’t work. I do not have access by SSH to the server, I ping and droplet without responding. The restored all available backups and also does not work, this should resolve the access to the server. It is a Digital Ocean network error. I ask you to help, and manage the ticket to review what happens with the droplet and the solution.
