My email address no longer lets me login to my account. It says that my account does not exist, but my website is still running.

When I enter my username and password (just used last week), it tells me that my account does not exist. I tried Forgot My Password and don’t get an email. Yet my website is still up. Anyone seen this?

I had to create a new account just to post this.

  • Thanks KDSys - I was just looking for a “ya, that happened to me, and this was how I fixed it” kind of response … but I hear you loud and clear.

      I understand what you mean however the thing is these issues can be pretty personalized/based on account and as such the best place to check is the DigitalOcean support. Thank you for the understanding!

      I hope you’ve gotten an idea and the issue has been fixed already.
