What is the reason for this report?

My emails are being blocked

I’m trying to configure my email, and check the connection by " telnet smtp.ym.163.com 25" , after getting connected, the escape character for SMTP is ctrl+] So I want to confirm wjether my emails are being blocked on my DO droplet or not?

No, You are not being blocked.

You are connecting to the remote server fine.

Do you mean blocked inbound ( to your server? ) or outbound ( sending to someone else from your server… )

Sending would be fine as its not being blocked.

after getting connected, the escape character for SMTP is ‘^]’

The Email Server is outbound, It’s located in China.
