The e-mail from my drop is not being sent. I have already done several tests, and only receives, but does not send. This happened years ago when I created the account. Should I do what procedure?

This could be due to a lot of things. But most likely your IP got blacklisted.
I usually use this site in such cases:
Just send an email to the email address that you see on the site, and then check your score.
This would point you to the right direction :)
Hi @90lteixeira ,I was too using PHP mailer and due to some issues it suddenly stopped working. My IP was blacklisted. I would suggest you to use Pepipost. [https://pepipost.com/compare/] While I was Integrating my SMTP server it hardly took me over 90 seconds. You must definitely give them a try
