What is the reason for this report?

My machine stopped working.

first,i input ‘reboot’. second, My machine stopped working.

It’s been 10 minutes.

It is normal that your SSH session would freeze after a reboot, if you are using Putty you need to close the old session, wait a minute or two for the droplet to boot again and then SSH again.

If the droplet does not boot in 5-10 minutes, then I would suggest accessing the droplet via the console and check if there are any errors there.
