My panel get that message: Critical Error: [0100] - Unable to connect or authenticate to the Sentora

Why I get that message in my panel?

“Critical Error: [0100] - Unable to connect or authenticate to the Sentora database (sentora_core). We advice that you contact the server administrator to ensure that the database server is online and that the correct connection parameters are being used.”

I don’t can access my admin panel because there are that message. How fix it?

Mee too…Its third time happens for me. It’s not at all good…Clients are calling because of the website down. Need a solution Immediately… At least…We should get a notification n maul once our server down.
