My site is hosted via Sub Domain URL. When I am hitting that URL it saying “This site can’t be reached”. When I am trying to access same site via [IPAddress]:[Port] then it is easily reachable.
Please could someone help me in this.

When did you set the A record? Keep in mind that due to DNS cache from the ISPs all DNS changes might take up to 24 hours in order to fully propagate. You can check the propagation using this link: https://www.whatsmydns.net/
Have you tried checking your site using a hosts file to see if everything works fine?
