I migrated from Hostagator to Digital Ocean. After migrating I double checked before changing dns of domain but after changing dns the site stuck in endless redirect loop :(

Hey there,
Redirect loops are usually tied to a redirect not formatted properly. While it could be in the Apache configuration, most likely there is a malformed redirect in the /var/www/html/.htaccess file.
As an example, here is the default WordPress .htaccess file:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
