When I access to my user board a blank space appear with nothing and in the URL shows /projects. I have the same issue in my cellphone and pc.

At the moment we’re not experiencing any issues that can explain this behaviour. Have you tried using an alternative browser on your PC or perhaps using mobile data on your mobile device?
Additionally, disable any pop-up/ad blockers on your browser (in case you’re using such) and give it another try
