Hey friend,
If you’ve gone long enough without payment that we suspended your account, you will need to power your droplet back on. If you’ve already done that, you may need to SSH in to your droplet and start your web server. Depending on how your server was configured, it is entirely possible that your web server was never set to start at boot time.
